1. Booking & Payment

• Advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
• Full payment must be made before the start of the journey or as per the agreed terms.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers, and online payments.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the journey will be eligible for a partial refund (after deduction of processing fees).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip will not be eligible for a refund.
• No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

3. Vehicle Usage & Rental Terms

• The vehicle must be used only for the agreed itinerary. Extra kilometers and hours will be charged additionally.
• The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence.
• Drivers will adhere to safe driving practices and will not exceed speed limits.

4. Tour Package Terms

• Tour inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the package details.
• Accommodation, sightseeing, and transport are as per the selected package.
• Any changes to the itinerary may incur additional charges.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• The company is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Travelers must take care of their personal belongings. The company will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian law.
